Ashcroft Projects Limited ("we", "us") supplies furniture and kitchens for residential schemes. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17301694, registered office 10 Queens Road, Blackhill, Consett, DH8 0BH. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
When you use the enquiry form on our website we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data through the site.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where an enquiry leads to a project, to carry out that work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where relevant the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Enquiries are delivered to and handled in our Microsoft 365 email. Both providers act as processors under agreements that meet UK GDPR requirements. We do not transfer your data outside these services.
Our website does not set cookies. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand visitor numbers in aggregate. It uses no cookies and collects no personal data, which is why the site has no cookie banner.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and then for up to six years where records must be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months.
